Pali, after singing that SSA and SHA with MIMAS for the ICPS, then only Dnex realized that the ICPS will cause the license breached by MiTi, therefore, Dnex asked MIMAS to hold/delay/void the issuance of ICPS. But what caused all these shits happened yesterday was, MIMAS went stamping using the copy agreement. Now Dnex part said the agreement is not valid, the other side said the agreement is valid. That’s why they bring this issue to arbitration to judge!

Pali, because Dnex side block it, and told that the agreement mimas go stamping was invalid. That’s why now two parties send this issue to arbitration.
