Silterra will lose the lawsuit, initial deal was to give CGP 33 % , but our clever MITI instructed Silterra's to continue hold the 55 % ( Greedy kills) . International Lawsuit incoming , most likely compensation by Silterra . Jesse will accumulate if there's any discount
According to the announcement seem no material impacts and DNEX still maintaining 60% of shareholding in Silterra. Only expenses involve is the legal fees. Would it be misunderstood impact and short sellers takes opportunity?
Yeah , some shorties taken the opportunity, short covering by them next week , see how strong is the buyer for the last 10 minutes , 505 put 10 mil buyer for seller to throw . Over panic
Based on technological consideration Silterra is a dead duck. Its 90 or 28 nm process is a few generations behind the cutting edge of 5 nm currently. There semiconductor fabrication facilities with these low end technologies number at least 20 in Singapore & Taiwan if we exclude China plants. Silterra & its strategic Chinese partners are devoid of the 5 nm technology.
Retailers always talk like expert when shit happen , up buy , down sell then panic , then talk like company is going to bankrupt. haiz cycle repeat . always can do 韭菜 only . don't understand
Collected at 0.70, want to CL but too late because dropped so sharply.
Hence average down at 0.55, 0.47, 0.455.
Average price now is 0.575.
Next week see how it goes.
Either CL or waiting at 0.215 to average down to 0.455.
Tan Sri statement key points is they low marks in mathematic so kira salah the number after couple of time Baru tau salah kira , MITI not allow, tht kind of rubbish excuse , Malaysia LAW eat China boss rights .
no matter win or lost, reputation of malay control company is break ... cant believe anymore , foreign investor wil put B caution signboard in malaysia biznes .
It's true not all products need 5 nm. However those not cutting edge technology fabs would be bleeding like there's no tomorrow owing to over supply situation. It's a commercial consideration.
Perggghhhh... Headache la with Malaysian retail investors.. dont know head or tail.. simply speculate.
The problem is not with CBP or DNeX. The problem is with MIMAS. A new shareholder in DNeX Semiconductor.
They signed their agreement in Jan'22. DNeX & CBP agreed to issue ICPS to MIMAS. MIMAS wants this ICPS to be convert. DNEX disagreed. DNeX said must get MITI approval first. MITI says cannot. MIMAS argued.
Now, DNeX and CBP must get a new agreement. That is why they want to go to court.
Hard to solve in short term, at least 6 months or longer . don't bet in big hope , got 30 % lari dulu , don't gamble with unknowns , once unresolved like last time again
I agree with TC. This arbitration will take time. Market is weighing on this. Sooner or later, this -ve sentiment will worn out. It already beginning to start wearing and shows sign of fatigue. Most importantly, Silterra still has operating license from CBP. This then, business as usual.
Every Jesse words carry meaningful weight n meaning , buy 47 and 615 , siok siok . Jesse aim 65 - 68 only . enuf for Jesse, too many uncertainties in dnex .
