Europe economy slow down, Us-china tradewar, dip of domestic construction sector. All these factors seems highly impact the company in last Q4, and this Q1.. Prospect of the company stated "the remaining quarters of the current financial year is expected to remain challenging". So i guess no.

The bright side is that chinwel is able to get a foot into the USA market. After the trade war which is only temporary, this company will definitely grow bigger by gaining in USA market.

if u see the QR it is not the admin expenses that increase a lot, but a big drop in revenue and profit due to lower margin.
