Why DNex has much more potential upside base on current QR result?

2020 Stock Price 20 to 30 cent.
QTR Revenue =RM60mil
Profit =Avg RM1mil Profit for 2020 (Range from Losses RM24mil to Profit RM15mil)

After acquisition of Silterra & Ping Oil,
2022 Stock Price RM1 to RM1.30 only.
QTR Revenue =RM380mil
Profit RM51mil for 1st QTR 2022.
