kita ada undang2, kalau kita langgar undang2, kena saman dan sebagainya. Dalam ajaran islam atau undang2 islam, semua sumber rezeki mesti dr yg halal. kalau langgar, kena hukuman in the life after. Jadi jawapan boleh beli atau tidak NS stocks, jawapannya tak boleh. Tapi kalau nak beli juga, hukumnya haram dan tanggunglah hukuman kemudian. So for muslims, can buy this fpg stock because syariah compliance.

if they register cds under syariah , then they cant even que to buy. but if they register under conventional, then they can buy non syariah stock. plus syariah cds wont be given margin

not law. bumis have option either want shariah comp cds or conventional cds. not all bumis are muslim.

Hi PAPA Choo. U can actually know whether the stock is shariah-compliant or not using this app. Just go to setting and enable shariah compliant mode. Then u can the ones that compliant.
