i believe the ipo given are equivalent between bumi and non bumi except you're stating about MITI shares. just this round many receive the ipo because got people play the sentiment & news which bumi lesser applied the ipo

yes, the miti share allocated to bumi only and it is 10% from this ipo, plus the 50% reserve for Malaysia public, bumi can apply up to 12.5%

where as, non Malay can only apply for 2.5%. can you try to think from our position and feeling?
