RI - rights issue to raise capital. I am not sure why Louis Lee mentioned that RI is coming. It has zero debt and hence, debt to equity or the needs to pay off debt does not exist at the moment :) on the other hand, Louis maybe right if there is a big project coming triggering the needs for capital; which the company can use the RI way of raising capital. If it is a big project, RI can be a good thing :)
