Justkpop u have a wrong concept here. In the whole world, if a company is forced to delist, it is almost equal to bankruptcy of the company. U can read about accounting fraud and the criminal charges in Google.

I think If majority of of minority share holder gather then the share will enough to held a special meeting to query and appoint someone to look into the matter. But hardly to gather some much of minority share holder
