If you have registered to attend the virtual meeting, then you may vote directly via boardroom's platform on 30th September 2021 10.00am, so don't need to submit eProxy form ya. The proxy form is for people who are unable to attend to vote.
@WL sharing my experience during the MMC AGM held on 10th May 2021, I received Boardroom's email on 9th May 2021 confirming that my application to attend the AGM has been approved together with the link and login details for the virtual meeting.
So I expect to receive Boardroom's email regarding the EGM later today.
According to Boardroom, they have received a large number of request from shareholders to attend the EGM and they will take some time to process the requests and there will be some delay in sending out the email with the login ID for the EGM. Hopefully they can sort it out soon!
@Lim Mabel, I thought your "friend work in mmc office" already told you that "the second large shareholder will not agree the privatization"? Ask your "friend" lah, why need to ask us?
like that registrar said, this time's egm has a lot of shareholders participate so they had to take longer time to process for approval last night. so same goes to today's poll verification
after than, only retailer know and follow.
