Private Placement means Someone not public buys the shares and if reputable company like Public Bank buys for sure Sasbadi shares sky rockets and Right Issue shares means public buys where most cases shares drops depends the shares value offering by Sasbadi . Well Sasbadi case it's shares current state 425 million shares consider average aren't an issue for a company since 1985 . Having more shares only will dilute the market with overcrowded shares which would cause shares dropping further down
