usually, you can subscribe partially by keying the number of DRIP share units you want to subscribe, the rest of the value will continue to be paid in cash...

for example, through Tricor online, if you are eligible to subscribe 2000 DRIP units, if you key in only 1000, the rest of the value in RM will be bank in to you on the entitlement date. This was true for Maybank.

not sure is rakuten issues or MBSB DRIP policy?

i do not know about rakuten, because I am usig Tricor online and Boardroom online. It allows me to key in the number of share I want to subscribe. Sorry

In Tricor online just now, i can key in any number that is within my eligibility. Most likely is Rakuten's issue...

i using laptop, not apps. it is under my account - corporate action subscription.

btw, I receive rakuten feedback already, currently rakuten only can do fully subscription or fully unsubscription.

yet to have partially subscription feature..
