Don't think so. PA get to convert to mother share FOC in 4/5 years time. that is the advantage announced.

I see some one say need discount 20% during maturity date for conversion..

The 20% discount probably referring to dilution when they issue this ICPS at 1:5, which the dilution already happened, since it's irredeemable and convertible meaning all of the shares will be converted to mother share 4-5 yrs from inception.
