KPMG has exercised judgment based on provision set in ISA505, External Confirmation need to be controlled by KPMG and not because of the interference by the management. KPMG also complies with ISA200 and ISA240 for exercising professional scepticism. There is nothing wrong with KPMG. I buy the ideas and stand set firmly by KPMG. Those who are in auditing industry should know the jargon I am saying here.
