已经看过ZOOM idependent review的资料，个人觉得KPMG有义务指出问题所在，但是大部分问题都是misunderstanding， 可能他们还不熟悉serbadk提供的contract资料，导致核实资料不对称，下个星期serba会提供在中东的inventory 资料 with video and exit paper as evidence... 至于本地供应商 他们要求contract details ，sales invoice bank statement...
Karim也说了 KPMG这次的行为很不专业，通常audit 发现问题都是第一时间通知管理层来解决问题，可是KPMG4月中发现问题确实直接去上报独立董事会，然后5月3日才跟管理层沟通... 可能之所以才或造成来不及解决问题 而改变financial year end
yes, serba already so transparent and cooperative with kpmg...some more need adjust fye because kpmg cannot complete audit on time...really bad audit team sent by kpmg

For those that said Serbadk is game over why comment here? If the company is in big trouble no matter how cheap the share price u also won’t buy right? Why bother here? Except u wanna collect cheap ticket. Haha... I know what u want. I also waiting cheap ticket. Hopefully can limit down to less than RM1 in a week.
