If the corporate actions has been cancelled the company will need to make announcement , if they fail to do so they will violate bursa trading rules.

@Qamarul, someone spread rumor on i3 that consolidation will be cancelled. Probably is proxy of operator to trick people to buy. Then everyone believe consolidation cancelled.
