一般上mother share在可以買RI的時候都會漲的，比如VC漲到兩角多，而那樣子買right issue 0.17才會劃算。

而如果你們持股到四月中前，
mother share依然還在兩角以下遊走，
那你們都不需要買甚麼right issue了，
這足以證明這家公司爛。
基本上可以丟票走人了。
