tee ming，不要只看新闻，看看公告。股东已经通过了卖股票给另外一家公司4毛钱的价格，还有新发30%的数量股票以35仙的价格。股东们都卖这么便宜了，市场肯定会有反应呀。

2) is the company making profit?
3) will the company grow in future and reporting higher eps?
