perhaps should observe further first. Understandable of the perceptions of bosses selling its stake. However, there's also positive possibilities: (1) the bosses did not sell any of the shares since it assumed the listing of AsiaEP back in 2017. (2) There is a change on one of the bosses directorate from non-executive to executive director as announced on 1st of Mar. It means he is now a full time employee of GFM as the managing director. (3) The bosses owns GFM shares via GFM Global (indirect interest) of approx 47% since listing and direct interest of approx 6% each. The top 30 shareholders holding more than 73% of the total outstanding shares since listing in 2017. The bosses are selling direct interest and it can be a positive thing as its creating liquidity to the market. These are just my opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.
