或许你可以上网找看warrant 的解释，
但是这个真的救不回了，下次别买warrant了，
warrant 放越久越不值钱的东西
warrant 分2种，一种是公司出的，一种是投行出的
（公司出的还可以换成母股，但是投行出的只能变废纸）
