What's the purpose of share buy back so frequent and in big volume? Any ideas of the company directions? Privatise?

privatise chance are very low.. the boss doesnt have much ticket. is normal when price low. the boss will share buy back with company money . just to stable the throne (% of share) to remain owner position.
