Total shares will be 4.65bil after PP, I don't see this as positive news for angpao..

yes this is why I'm worried. It is clear that the main people in Lambo (Directors and major investors) who are reading investor comments here and on i3 are seriously not creating confidence.
1. There is no announcement for consolidation. But it will happen soon is my guess.
2. The PP will dilute shares and for Lambo a tech company going into wine business is shaky. Even website is pathetic.

Develop in wine business is Plan B. If u know earning ftom Lamboplace is not enough. Develop another business cannot meh? I think better since it makes revenue
