2. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT
SUJV is the main contractor for the development of the Merdeka 118 tower owned by PNB Merdeka
Ventures Sdn. Berhad (Company Registration No. 517991-X).
SUJV is a company incorporated in Malaysia located at Lot 803, Rezab Jalan & Laman, Jalan Changkat
Stadium, 50150 Kuala Lumpur. SUJV is principally involved as the Main Contractor for the Execution
of Civil Engineering Works and Building Construction.
MESB shall be responsible for the Project.
The Project contract sum is Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million Eight-Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand and
Eight Hundred (RM20,888,800.00) only.
3. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The commencement date of the Project is 1 October 2020 and expected to be completed by 8 March
2022.
