The founder just took advantage on the minor share holders, if deal get through this round, i think hardly get ppl to trust him in the future if he plans to setup a new company to go public again.
Some ppl mentioned before that this founder is similar with the Berjaya boss, which they didn't create much value for the company and the minor share holders but just take the company go public and wash hand and then cabut d.
Base on the current equity, after merge the combined company has roughly more than 7000M number of shares, it is too diluted, don't think it will growth much. It might not drop significantly but the upside also very limited. Probably it will go up for just 1 shot and let the big hand release their shares and then gradually go down become death stock until they find another company to buy. This is just my 2 cent base on the UEM past records.
