The Board of Directors of LKL International wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, LKLAM, had on 6 November 2020 entered into a distributorship agreement (“DA”) with ATGE to carry out the business of distributing ATGE’s natural rubber latex gloves and nitrile gloves.
