$0.02 cash dividend Ex-Date 25/8. Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) offers $0.342 per share. This mean you can have SYMLIFE shares at $0.342 per share with the $0.02 cash dividend you received, effectively 5.848% dividend in SYMLIFE shares !

In other word, for every 100,000 shares you have before 25/8, you will receive 5,848 free SYMLIFE shares instead of a cash dividend of $2,000.00

If you sell the 5,848 shares at market price say $0.64, you actually receive $3,742.72 vs cash dividend of $2,000.00

You shld be receiving election notice whereby you can elect to receive dividend in shares. If no action by shareholders, dividend will be paid in cash of 2 sen per share...
