Keng wee, don’t panic. This is for margin acc holder with bank. Margin acc holder are pledged their share with bank to get higher limit to trade without cash upfront. Example, last time this acc holder can trade RM100k limit with their share pledged with bank but start from today they only can trade Rm65k. I just confirmed with bank today. I also dunno what does this mean before.
